All foreign travellers must obtain an entry visa prior to entering China. We strongly recommend you make your application as early as possible. Our exhibitors should apply at least one month before departure.

Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended date of entry into China.

visa processing procedure

All attendees are required to have an invitation letter from the Chinese Authority. We will coordinate and forward your application to the Chinese authorities, which usually takes seven days to process. We will fax or express mail you invitation to your company. There is no issuing fee for visitors or visitors.

Upon receipt, you are required to present your passport; a recent photograph and your completed visa application form (available from your local Chinese Embassy) to the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate for processing.
